No, the developers get full compensation based on their quoted rates on the platform.

BeGig does not hire any freelancer and doesn’t have any developer on its payroll. However, even a fresher can sign up to the platform and get a gig that’s best suited for their agile skills.

BeGig has projects that are either defined in terms of fixed price of the project or the hourly requirements.

We create a mutual agreement that binds the employers to make the payment if the milestones are approved. Additionally, we educate the freelancers to choose between projects/ employers wisely and be mindful of the payment terms while discussing the Scope of Work (SoW) with the employer.
